Atmospheric trip-hop project, Black Screens, have released a long-awaited single “Sweeter Than Ever” recorded in collaboration with a talented multi-instrumentalist and vocalist SUN U.

“Sweeter Than Ever” is the first single by the Black Screens. The song thematizes the desire for human touch in a society increasingly associated with the feeling of alienation and loneliness.

“It’s an intimate song in which the subject yearns for someone’s attention just to feel alive for a brief moment, but the video serves as an antithesis to one’s need. We get a whole another dimension in which we see the difference between the desire and the reality that separates lovers.”
