Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience in music as Configa, working with internationally recognized artists including Arrested Development, Chuck D and Big Daddy Kane.
His background spans production, independent releases, promotion and writing. He also holds a PhD in Sociology from Loughborough University, with research examining hip-hop, race and geographical identity.
That combination brings creative understanding, critical thinking and firsthand knowledge of the challenges independent artists face.
